I spent 25 years with Carlson Wagonlit Travel with my last position being that of Human Resources Director. While I have mainly practised as a human resources generalist my real passion is people development and I have specialised in this area.
I have extensive experience and expertise in human resources management. This includes developing employment contracts, implementing performance management systems, creating policies and procedures manuals, career guidance, as well as training and development.
Some 9 years ago I aligned myself with a non-profit organisation and today I work in rural communities throughout South Africa capacitating youth and fledgling non-profit organisations. In this regard I have specialised in good corporate governance. I hold a Diploma in Human Resources Management.
