Siphiwe Moyo is a professional speaker, author, facilitator, and MC, and is the National Chairman of the professional body for the human resources industry: the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP). He is a past Chapter President of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa and is a member of the Global Speakers Federation. He has presented more than 80 keynote presentations, touching more than 10 000 people in 2015. His qualifications include an MBA, an International Executive Development Programme, a BComm (Honours) in People Development, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
He is one of the few motivational speakers that is able to connect with junior and senior employees alike. He researches and speaks on career progression, employee morale, employee motivation, and strategies aimed at nipping the entitlement culture in the bud.
